Some users who utilize the QuickBooks export functionality within CQ may see blank drop-down menus within the CQ Export Dialog.
This can be resolved by having the QuickBooks administrator enable certain Role permissions within QuickBooks for the user. Once enabled the user should see the available QuickBooks accounts in the drop-down menus when exporting.
For QuickBooks 2010 thru 2014, the admin should set the following permission for the affected user.
For QuickBooks 2015, the admin will need to add the permissions shown below to the Role assigned to the affected user. This permission can be added to any QuickBooks Role, but it must be in place along with the Role’s other permissions.
