If red text appears when opening a project, this means that certain items contain data that is out of date with information currently published in CQ.
To update this information, use the Update Spreadsheet button in the top ribbon. The drop-down menu for this button allows a user to update all values or just list prices.
To update a project on a per item basis:
1. Select an item to update.
2. Right-click on the highlighted item to display the right click menu.
3. Mouse over the Update with Catalogue option and select the value to update. To update everything for an item, simply select All at the top of the list.
