The custom item button can be used to create bespoke items to add into your project. They can be added to a single project or to the catalogue, to be used in future projects.
There are two ways to create custom items:
1) Inside a project spreadsheet:
In the top left corner of the project spreadsheet, there is a "Custom Item" button. Click on this and use the tabs in the pop-up window to add the information of the custom item can be added (e.g. model number, specification, prices, picture, spreadsheet).
Once the information has been added, choose whether you want this item to be in this project only or to be added to the catalogue for use in future quotes. Click on the "Add To Catalog" tickbox at the bottom left to add to the catalogue.
Click on the tick at the bottom right to add the item into your project.
2) Inside the Catalogue:
To add an item to the Catalogue, click here:
